Laser Hair Removal
Evolation has recently included Laser Hair Removal to its services. We want to be your one stop shop for hair removal. We use Candela’s GentleMax Pro which is considered the Gold Standard and Cadillac Laser when it comes to hair removal. It has been in the industry since the beginning and is tried tested and true. Offering dual wavelengths both Alexandrite 755nm and Yag 1064nm. This allows the treatment of a wide range of skin types. It offers exceptional patient protection by incorporating the Dynamic Cooling Device (DCD Trademark) cooling system, which is 50% greater than air or contact cooling.
DCD cooling increases client comfort and epidermal protection by delivering targeted bursts of cryogen to the top layer of the skin. This provides dependable epidermal protection yielding improved treatment outcomes and comfort for clients.
What to Expect
You will be comfortably positioned and suited with protective eyewear. The laser will feel similar to having an elastic band snapped against the skin.
After your treatment, a post-epilatory product will be applied. You can also apply cold compresses if needed. If you do experience redness or swelling, this should resolve within a few hours after treatment.
A topical anesthetic can be applied prior to treatment if necessary.
A series of treatments will be required because hair grows in stages. The frequency and amount of these treatments depend on the area being treated.
Unlike other laser clinics, Evolation can take care of hairs that are not responsive to lasers, such as blondes, reds, whites, and greys. You can resume normal activities but should avoid sun or abrasive cleansers on treated skin after treatment for a few days.
